Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has issued a Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds (NOIRROF) for the US Department of Housing & Urban Development HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funding that will be used on the project. KHC will accept public comment on this Environmental Assessment until August 25, 2023.
